There are so-called hypoallergenic pets that shed less or may have no fur at all, but none of us will be swapping out our companion for one that leaves less residue around the house.

However, that is unfortunately not the case for the average American – in 2022, 35.2% of all adults in the U.S. reported sleeping less than seven hours per night.
