Each purifier comes with 6 months of Molekule filters at purchase. Your first refill box ships 6 months after purchase. Air Mini & Air Pro refills ship yearly thereafter. Molekule Air refills ship every 6 months, containing 1 PECO-Filter & 2 Pre-Filters. Air Pro refills ship every 6 months, containing 1 PECO-HEPA Tri-power Filter. You’re only charged for refills when they ship, so you can cancel any time.
Our Customer Support team is here to help clear the air of any questions or concerns you have around filters.
For all PECO-Filters, we suggest changing them every 6 months, or when your Filter Status Indicator on top of the purifier says to do so. For the Molekule Air’s Pre-Filter, we recommend replacement every 3 months. Or, simply change your filters when it says Replace in the mobile app.
You can visit My Molekule Account to manage your auto-refills. If you need extra filters in addition to those included in your auto-refill, you can buy them on this very page or directly on molekule.com.
Keep them in their wrappers in a closed location with minimal VOCs, like in the cardboard box they came in. If there's a carbon filter packet in the box, leave it in. Avoid storing in plastic containers, freshly painted areas, or anywhere they could be exposed to fumes from fire or cooking.
