Molekule’s 30-Day Money Back Refund Policy For Eligible Air Purifiers and Humidifiers.
If you are unsatisfied with either your new air purifier or humidifier product (a “Device”) purchased from molekule.com or at a Molekule kiosk or show, you have 30 days from the applicable shipment date or point of sale date for such Device, whichever is later, to submit your online request for a Device refund from Molekule of the purchase price paid, excluding, if applicable, any expedited shipping charges, insurance charges, and finance charges. All refunds will only be made to the original payment method used for the qualifying purchase. You may initiate the return process of your purchased new Device by going to https://help.molekule.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
To qualify for Molekule’s Device 30-Day Money Back Refund Policy, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

Your Device must have been purchased directly from Molekule and only used in the United States.

Your online return request must be received by Molekule’s customer service team within 30 days of your original Device shipment date or point of sale date, whichever is later. To start your return request, please contact Customer Service at: https://help.molekule.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Any Device used after the 30-day return window from its shipment date or point-of-sale date (whichever is later) voids the Molekule Device 30-day Money Back Refund Policy and are not eligible for a refund.

Upon Molekule’s approval of your Device return request, you will be given a return authorization number. Your assigned return authorization number must be included on all future communications with us, and with your returned Device shipment.

Your returned Device must be received by Molekule within 30 days of the date Molekule assigns you a return authorization number. Your returned Device must be received by Molekule in reasonable like-new physical and operating condition, unless otherwise noted during your return request and approved in writing by Molekule.

Cosmetically decorated or modified Devices are excluded from the Molekule Device 30-Day Money Back Refund Policy.

All accessories originally included with your Device purchase must be included with your return.

You must return your new Device in the original shipping carton used to ship that product to you. If you no longer have the Device’s original shipping carton, please see our FAQs below for replacement carton options.

Replacement parts for your Device are excluded from the Molekule Device 30-Day Money Back Refund Policy.

Devices purchased from a Molekule authorized retailer, reseller, or any other third-party seller, are excluded from the Molekule Device 30-Day Money Back Refund Policy.
Molekule’s Genuine Filter 30-Day Money Back Refund Policy.
For any genuine Molekule filter purchased by you at molekule.com you will have 30 days from the date of our filter shipment to return that filter to us for a full refund of the purchase price paid by you for such filter, excluding, if applicable, any expedited shipping charges and finance charges. All refunds will only be made to the original payment method used for the qualifying purchase.

Devices Purchased from a Molekule Authorized Retailer, Reseller, or Other Third-Party Seller.
Molekule’s Device 30-Day Money Back Refund Policy does not apply to any “Molekule” or “mo” brand products, new or refurbished, purchased by you from any third-party seller, including but not limited to any Molekule authorized retailer or reseller. Purchases of such Devices are subject to that seller’s policies, which Molekule has no control over nor responsibility for.
Refurbished Devices Purchased from Molekule.
Refurbished Devices purchased from Molekule, whether through molekule.com, or a Molekule kiosk or show, are final sale purchases and not eligible for refund under the Molekule Device 30-Day Money Back Refund Policy.
Buy One, Get One Promotions (BOGO)
Devices purchased during a BOGO sale are not eligible for return and refund under the Molekule Device 30-Day Money Back Refund Policy.

What if I do not have the original shipping carton?

If you do not have the original packaging, we can send you a replacement shipping carton for a nominal fee of $20 USD for Air Pro, $10 USD for Air Mini/Mini+, and $10 Glow Humidifier. If you are interested in this service, please contact our Customer Support team.

How long does it take to receive my refund on an eligible returned product?

When we receive the eligible Molekule product for return at our warehouse, we will inspect the shipment to ensure all parts have been returned and the product is undamaged, not modified by you, or otherwise cosmetically altered or decorated. Once the product has been inspected and passed, usually in 3-5 business days following our receipt, we will then process your refund and reimburse the original payment method you used for the original purchase. Please note that all refunds do not include any expedited shipping charges or finance charges. It usually takes 10 business days for the credit to be reflected on your applicable credit card or bank statement.

Can I return a refurbished air purifier or humidifier?

No. Refurbished Devices are final sale items and not eligible for Molekule’s Device 30-Day Money Back Refund Policy.
