Molekule markets and sells its products online at its website (www.molekule.com), at certain trade shows, and kiosks. Molekule also authorizes select third-party resellers and retailers to sell certain Molekule products through online marketplaces and in certain brick and mortar stores.   

The names of Molekule’s Authorized Resellers and Authorized Retailers, and the products each is authorized to sell, are listed above.  Molekule’s Authorized Reseller and Authorized Retailer List can change from time-to-time so you should review it before purchasing Molekule product from any third-party seller.  If you have a question as to whether a third-party seller of “Molekule” product is an Authorized Reseller or Authorized Retailer, you can call Customer Support at 1-855-999-9069.   

Don’t be fooled by third-party sellers claiming to be authorized to sell Molekule products. If the third-party seller you are considering purchasing product from is not listed (seller name and authorized Molekule product) on Molekule’s above Authorized Reseller and Authorized Retailer List, then they are not an Authorized Reseller or Retailer. Such unauthorized third-party sellers may be attempting to sell you non-genuine, fake, knockoff, or maybe even counterfeit products.  Products from such unauthorized third-party sellers are not only not covered by Molekule’s warranty on materials and workmanship; the use of those products will not meet the performance criteria of Molekule’s genuine proprietary products. If you discover that you’ve purchased a counterfeit product with a credit card from an unauthorized third-party seller, you may wish to contact your credit card company and dispute the charge. Following Molekule’s inspection confirmation, Molekule will provide you with an email or letter identifying your product as a counterfeit to assist you in this. 

Molekule provides certain limited warranties on Molekule genuine products to the extent they are purchased directly from either (i) Molekule, (ii) Molekule’s Authorized Reseller, and/or (iii)  Molekule’s Authorized Retailer.  You can find the terms and conditions of Molekule’s Limited Warranty(s) for its products at https://molekule.com/pages/terms-conditions.  You can protect yourself and your genuine Molekule product by only purchasing Molekule products from either Molekule (www.molekule.com) or from a seller listed on Molekule’s Authorized Reseller and Authorized Retailer List.
