Your air purifier must have been purchased directly from Molekule and only used in the United States.   

Your online return request must be received by Molekule’s customer service team within 30 days of your original air purifier shipment date or point of sale date, whichever is later. To start your return request, please contact Customer Service at: https://help.molekule.com/hc/en-us/requests/new 

Air Purifiers used after the 30-day return window from the air purifier shipment date or point-of-sale date (whichever is later) voids the Molekule Air Purifier 30-day Money Back Refund Policy.  Air purifiers used after such date are no longer eligible for a refund.  

Upon Molekule’s approval of your return request, you will be given a return authorization number. Your assigned return authorization number must be included on all future communications with us, and with your returned air purifier shipment. 

Your returned air purifier must be received by Molekule within 30 days of the date Molekule assigns you a return authorization number.  Your returned air purifier must be received by Molekule in reasonable like-new physical and operating condition, unless otherwise noted during your return request and approved by Molekule.  

Following your purchase your air purifier may not intentional cosmetically decoration or modification that may impact such product’s resale, refurbishment, restoration or usability, and such decorated or modified items are not eligible for refund under this policy.  

All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. 

You must return your air purifier in the original shipping carton used to ship the product to you.  If you no longer have the air purifier’s original shipping carton, please see our FAQs below for replacement carton option. 

Air Purifier parts are excluded from the Molekule Air Purifier 30-Day Money Back Refund Policy. 

Air Purifiers purchased from a Molekule authorized retailer, reseller, or any other third-party seller, are excluded from the Molekule Air Purifier 30-Day Money Back Refund Policy. 

Your filter must have been purchased directly from Molekule and for use in the United States. 

In order to be eligible for a refund of your purchase price paid your returned filter must be returned new, unused, and received by Molekule in the original sealed (and unopened) bag.

What if I do not have the original shipping carton? 

If you do not have the original packaging, we can send you a replacement shipping carton for a nominal fee of $20 USD for Air Pro and $10 USD for Air Mini/Mini+. If you are interested in this service, please contact our Customer Support team. 

How long does it take to receive my refund on an eligible returned product? 

When we receive the eligible Molekule product for return at our warehouse, we will inspect the shipment to ensure all parts have been returned and the product is undamaged, not modified by you or otherwise cosmetically altered or decorated. Once the product has been inspected and passed, usually in 3-5 business days following our receipt, we will then process your refund and reimburse the original payment method you used for the original purchase.  Please note that all refunds do not include any expedited shipping charges or finance charges.  It usually takes 5-10 business days for the credit to be reflected on your applicable credit card or bank statement. 

Can I return a refurbished air purifier? 

No. Refurbished units are final sale items and not eligible for Molekule Air Purifier 30-Day Money Back Refund Policy.
