International Women’s Day is a worldwide tradition dating back over a hundred years that celebrates the innumerable contributions of women. As a STEM company Molekule places a particular value on hiring and recognizing female trailblazers in our field since it has been historically dominated by men. Women make up only 28% of the workforce in science and engineering companies, but their ratio is increasing everyday, as are women studying these fields in higher education.
We support their efforts to contribute, so here are a few voices we want everyone to hear nice and loud.

What do you find interesting about your job?
The broadness of scope in what I am exposed to. Hardware, software, product & design, finance, manufacturing, the list goes on. It has also been incredibly interesting and rewarding to see the way this company has grown. Every time that I have begun to feel comfortable with a certain discipline or process, it has been time to hand it off to someone new to see them grow and mature whatever it may have been.
Kelley Crosslin, Supply Chain Manager

Jenny Wong, Operations Manager & Clinical Program Coordinator
Why did you choose to work for Molekule?
I previously started as a part-timer helping Jaya with our beta test and loved working with the team. The passion and dedication that I saw showed me that this would be an amazing team to work with. The mission is also vital as we see the consequence that is occurring with climate change. i.e., the increase in wildfires.

I think language, words, and good copy matters! It’s what infuses soul into a brand. You can have a great product, but if it doesn’t have heart, or doesn’t understand the customer, it doesn’t really matter.
